PHANTOM (Covan Magee) is from Port Richmond (P Town), Staten Island (SHAOLIN, HOME OF WU-TANG, METHOD MAN & REDMAN), NY. “Phantom” was born in Brooklyn in 1987, inspired to rap by his brother Ira Magee. Phantom began his journey to becoming a Recording Artist and all around business man. This talented bright Hip Hop artist is on the rise.
